Built for women's health professionals
at every stage.

Women's health is moving fast. Roles can draw 1,000+ applications in 48 hours, funding is flowing, and teams are being built in real time. Whether you're breaking in, leveling up in a role you already have, building a company, or leading a team, you need the same three things to move: deep knowledge of how the industry works, a strong network inside it, and the credibility to prove you belong. The Mini-MBA gives you all three.

You're working in women's health and want to understand the business side.

You're trying to break into women's health and need the knowledge to stand out.

You're a founder or operator who needs to understand payers and reimbursement.

You're a clinician looking to move from patient care to the business side.

You're an HR lead looking to upskill your team on women's health.

You're early in your career and want a foundation that accelerates everything.

Why This Course, Not a Generic MBA

The business of women's health runs on reimbursement. We teach it.

A 2025 study in the Journal of Women's Health looked at 55 anatomically equivalent procedures and found the male version reimbursed higher 75 percent of the time, and about 30 percent more on average. The gap shows up procedure by procedure: a penile biopsy pays nearly double what a vulvar biopsy pays, though the tissue is comparable. When you understand how those numbers get set, you can work to change them. That is the leverage a generic MBA will never hand you, and it is the reason many of our students say they enrolled.
